One of the goals I set for myself was to finally create a budget and stick to it. It took me a while to find a program that was easy enough. There's a lot out there, and most programs have too much... I don't know... bling?

So I finally found this small Excel template (free, of course), and I started filling out the fields as a first stage before I prepare next month's budget.

And...

Well, Comcast is about to get a phone call. And Giant Supermarket might have to wait a little before ordering some more cookies. Things are going to change around here.

I had no idea things were that bad. How crazy is that?

I will consider this goal completed when I manage to stick to the budget. It might not be soon, I admit, but give me a few months.

(oh, and Broadband Internet Connection, don't worry. I'll never get rid of you).
